Apply to be an Oriole Advocate
Stand up, speak out for Avon Schools by becoming an Oriole Advocate.
Oriole Advocates promotes student achievement and community engagement by lending a voice to the students, teachers, and staff of the Avon Community School Corporation. They work together to engage the Avon-Washington Township community and local and state-level leaders to help Avon Schools remain one of the premier school corporations in Indiana and to be appreciated as a key asset to the citizens of the state.
Would you like to learn about school finance, legislation, curriculum, and safety in Avon Schools? The Oriole Advocates are launching this fall with an exclusive cohort of 20-25 curious and motivated individuals. Apply or nominate someone you know to become an Oriole Advocate. Applicants will be notified by September 14.
2023-24 meeting dates are:
- September 19,
- October 26,
- November 28,
- December 8,
